Service is always friendly and responsive, and I have never had any issues or disappointments with my interactions, my car has always been well taken care of! Acura of Temecula and Roy Hernandez, my advisor are great. Roy is always giving me great advice on what service my car needs, to see it in perfect running condition.

Roy is my guy! He's like the old fashioned service advisor we used to have. He goes above and beyond to make sure your vehicle is serviced. He went to bat for me with warranty coverage. Something most new service advisors don't do. They are not experienced and don't seem to have the same work ethic. I will drive out of my way to get the service that I expect. I don't like the corporate dealerships. So I always look for dealerships that are privately owned.

Roy was awesome! He was friendly at 7:00am and throughout the entire time my car was getting serviced. He explained all the documents to me and provided me with everything I needed for processing. My car was ready well before the estimated end time and he was communicative throughout my entire appointment. I appreciate his great customer service and am so happy with my service!
