Had a great experience with OH Acura in their service department. Roy did a phenomenal job handling my service requirement concerning a shifter assembly issue on my new Integra Type S. He was an absolute professional when coordinating my next appointment, communicating when the new part would arrive, and ensured the service team did great work in making my ITS shifter work properly again. I had was a great experience at this dealership advisor Roy Hernandez help me with fuel pump recall , brake fluids flush and also did a diagnosis some warning lights that are turning on my dashboard. Service is still pending high price. But other than that it was good .
